The rooms were nice and clean. The food was tasty and staff well trained. It also has a proper separate car parking area for those guests who are travelling with their own vehicle. Overall a nice experience but its just that the jet in the washroom can kill someone.

Cheatting by staff ...booking take on call but once reached denied all staff are lied ..special reception staff...why take booking on call if u don't same commitment once reached...totally herrasment faced today due to this hotel don't do trust on hotel reception staff commitment...lied people reception

It was a very bad day for me, I had booked my room by MMP and requested a raise for early check-in due to my train schedule. I was tired and when I reached at hotel and hotel manager said we have no rooms available and If you want to check-in early in the morning then you have to pay for extra and you have to take upgrad room hence you have to pay for extra. I suggest is for MMP , asked first from the hotel thereafter you should confirm booking. Otherwise, people will be inconvenient by doing this wrong communication. Thank you.

The place is good but the managers at reception are not welcoming and talk to customers like they are staying there for free, wouldn't recommend to anyone. Food is good but service is zero
